Little People, Big World star Amy Roloff told her TLC followers this week that she went to visit her dad, Gordon Knight for his 95th birthday. Further feedback revealed that she enjoyed visiting Michigan, and she caught up with her siblings. Soon though, she will be getting back to her loving husband, Chris Marek.

TLC fans heard with great sadness that in September of 2019, Gordon’s wife, Patricia Knight passed away at the age of 86. Amy rushed to Michigan and her family grieved, but her daughter felt grateful that her mom lived a full and loving life. Helping her dad come to terms with his new normal, she stayed on through October 2019, before returning to her busy schedule.
LPBW fans would have been surprised if Amy Roloff hadn’t visited her mom’s grave. Naturally, that was sad, but she and her siblings also enjoyed a lot of fun. On February 6, she shared a carousel of photos of her beautiful home state. Mostly, she focused on her family with stunning backdrops. Fortunately, it didn’t look too cold, which she probably appreciated after Oregon’s freezing weather last week.

The LPBW star shared some sweet photos of her family on Instagram, but obviously, she also missed her husband, Chris Marek. In her caption, she talked about how “in a few days… [I] look forward to getting back to Chris ♥️.”
Michigan! Hanging out with my Dad and family. Visited my Mom’s gravesite and hiked around North Lake. Cold clear crips days. Loved it. And had a fire on the deck. Live (sic) coming back to my home state. A few days left. I’ll look forward to getting back to Chris ♥️…
