In the latest episode, Hans-Peter Brenner, now in his practical year as a doctor, is excited to work alongside Dr. Martin Stein. However, he’s surprised to find his colleague is the young and attractive Luisa Lindner, another medical student also in her practical year. The two team up to address their first case together.
The case involves Stefan Meier, who is brought in after falling down the stairs while suffering from a severe coughing fit. The fit leads to an asthma attack, which causes him to lose his balance and fall. Luisa quickly takes charge of the situation, handling most of the medical tasks herself, while Hans-Peter is left to have a detailed conversation with the patient.
Later, Hans-Peter feels increasingly sidelined when he sees Luisa and Dr. Stein riding off together on a motorcycle after their shift. It’s clear that Luisa is openly flirting with Martin, and although he has some reservations, he’s clearly intrigued by her as well.

Despite their efforts, Stefan’s case remains a puzzle. It isn’t until Hans-Peter uncovers a crucial detail—Stefan recently traveled to Peru—that a possible clue emerges, potentially pointing to the underlying cause of his condition.
