Audrey And Jeremy Roloff Hope For A Nice Home

After they purchased their property near her mom and dad’s place, Jeremy Roloff started fixing up the fields and livestock areas before he started working on their home. So far, occasional updates have come from both of the former TLC stars.

However, critics believe that he’s not up to the skills needed for the job. Like his dad, Matt Roloff, he seems to enjoy projects. So much so, that some fans think they might end up with a show like Joanna and Chip Gaines.

Audrey and Jeremy Roloff have a big space to work with and they divided up some of it into lofts and play areas for the kids. Actually, the kids play outside a lot, perhaps to keep them away from the machinery and areas being worked on. The couple spends a lot of time with Audrey Roloff’s parents until their renovations are complete.

Little People, Big World Fans Discuss Home Renovation Devaluation

On her Instagram stories, Jeremy Roloff’s wife wrote an explanation about how they “lost a bedroom.” The TLC alum explained:

We lost a bedroom to convert to our laundry room during our remodel so we only have three bedrooms. Baby girl will share with us for a…while until she’s old enough to share with Ember.

Soon, a screenshot and some opinions arrived on Reddit. Many feel that Audrey and Jeremy Roloff made a mistake, and some Little People, Big World fans felt that they had devalued their property. The OP wrote:

“Lost a bedroom”… Idk man, I personally would not deny two of my children their own bedroom in order to create a laundry room. That’s just me.

While many commenters agreed that the bedroom space could be an issue as the kids get older, some of them felt it was fairly normal to share rooms. However, others noticed that the TLC alums might have caused a devaluation of the property. Here are some of those comments:

• I feel like rule #1 of house remodeling is never to never [lose] a bedroom, especially for a laundry room! And especially if your (sic) going have at least 4 kids!
• Knocking out a bedroom for a laundry room is odd. That’s like rule #1 of remodeling. Also weird that they needed a butler pantry, a…dedicated laundry room, multiple lofts, a play area for the kids etc. & they had a laundry room in the first place!
• They could have made money with the Reno by having an architect come up with the plans. They just devalued the house and wasted money from indecision.
