Matt Roloff, patriarch of ‘Little People, Big World,’ is at risk of losing the business license for his $4 million Oregon family farm amid a feud with his sons. Roloff Farms, a 143-acre property known for its famous pumpkin season in Hillsboro, Oregon, is facing potential dissolution as Matt, 61, has yet to file the necessary annual report for Roloff Family Farms Incorporated. The report was due on February 10, 2023, to keep the business license active, but as of now, the license is in jeopardy.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding the farm’s license, Matt has continued to make improvements to the property. He recently revealed plans to build a new home on Roloff Farms with his son Jacob, a project that has taken five years to plan.

The building permit for the new residence, issued on February 15, 2023, details a home with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an attached garage, a covered porch, and a deck. Matt’s girlfriend, Caryn, refused to live in the main home due to its association with Matt’s ex-wife, Amy, who lived there for 27 years and raised their four children.

Amy, 60, has sparked rumors that the pumpkin season will return for 2023. She filed an annual report in January 2023 to keep her business, Pumpkin Products Inc., active.

Launched in 2016, Amy’s company sells pumpkin salsa, BBQ sauce, and other food products, likely sold during the farm’s pumpkin season. Amy is listed as the president of the business, while Matt remains the secretary.

The Roloff family has been embroiled in a nasty feud, particularly between Matt and his twin sons, Jeremy and Zach, both 32. The conflict arose after Matt refused their offers to buy the farm, leading to a significant rift. Zach has publicly discussed the issue, expressing frustration over the rejection and feeling that he and his wife were deemed unfit to run the farm. This disagreement has caused a further divide within the family, prompting Zach and his wife to step back from farm duties and move to a new $1 million home in Battleground, Washington.
